Warranty and Return Policy

Warranty - IceHogger Inc. provides a manufacturer's limited warranty on product that is found to be defective in workmanship and/or material for the period of 30 days from the date of shipment or invoice. The manufacturers warranty does not apply to products that have been damaged due to improper installation, misuse, careless handling, or where product modifications have been made.

Return Policy – Prior to returning any defective product you must first contact our Customer Service Department at 218-694-2967 between the hours of  9 am to 5pm Monday through Friday or email us sales@icehogger.com.  You will be provided proper return procedure information.

Shipping – It is the customer's responsibility to ensure returned product is properly packaged and postage/freight is prepaid.
